At Beat8, we aim to deliver premium quality streetwear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Exchange Policy
* Exchange requests are accepted only within 7 days from the delivery date.
* An unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged, defective, or wrong product claims.
* Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
* Size exchange is possible only if the requested size is available in stock.
* If the correct product and correct size were delivered as per the order placed by the customer, then both-side shipping charges for size exchange must be paid by the customer.
* Seasonal or limited edition products (such as IPL collections) are not eligible for size exchange, as these products may become dead stock after the season ends.
* Refunds and returns are generally not available.
* Exchange requests without proper proof or after the policy period will not be accepted.
* The company reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the policy conditions.

Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.
In case of prepaid orders (exception cases), refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Customers may need to bear return shipping charges.
- If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
